Our rentals are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. You can rent for as little as one month or keep your equipment as long as you need it.
What if something breaks or malfunctions?
We provide free repairs and replacements for normal wear and tear. If equipment fails, contact us and we'll swap it out within 48 hours at no extra charge. Accidental damage may incur repair fees depending on severity.
How does cancellation work?
You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We'll schedule a pickup at your convenience. Your final month's rent is prorated if you cancel mid-month. No cancellation fees.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes, we require a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent. This is returned within 14 days after equipment pickup, minus any damage fees if applicable.
Can I swap equipment mid-rental?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or swap individual items for a $25 service fee. We'll deliver the new equipment and pick up the old items during the same visit.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Greater Miami including Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Wynwood, Coconut Grove, Downtown Miami, Aventura, and surrounding areas. Check our Service Area page to see if we cover your zip code.
Is delivery and setup included?
Yes! Our $49 delivery fee includes professional delivery, complete setup, cable management, and testing to ensure everything works perfectly. We'll even help position furniture for optimal ergonomics.
Can I buy the equipment after renting?
Yes! After 6 months of rental, you can purchase your desk setup at a discounted buyout price. All previous rental payments count toward the purchase. See package details for specific buyout pricing.
What happens if I move during my rental period?
If you move within our service area, we'll relocate your equipment for a $49 moving fee. Moving outside our service area requires returning the equipment, but we can help arrange rentals in your new location through partner networks.
Do you offer insurance for the equipment?
Equipment protection is included in your monthly rental. However, we recommend checking if your renters or homeowners insurance covers rented equipment for additional peace of mind against theft or major damage.
Can I rent equipment for my business or team?
Yes! We offer corporate and bulk rental packages with special pricing for 5+ setups. Visit our Corporate Rentals page or contact us directly for custom quotes and invoicing options.
How quickly can you deliver?
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Rush delivery (24-48 hours) is available for an additional $99 fee, subject to availability.
